TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) Service warranty of only six months for all types of printers from the date of purchase. We don’t give a warranty on printer heads that expired due to excessive printing. The head can print an approximate number of copies in different brands and models.

2) Service warranty of only two years on all types of Point of Sale (POS) display systems from the date of purchase.

3) Warranty does not apply to the products that are brought broken or damaged due to short circuits, fire, rain, natural disasters, etc. after the purchase date. The customer will have to pay for the new parts to be replaced. The company will bear only repairing costs.

4) A faulty product will be replaced during the warranty period subject to our terms and conditions. If a product replacement (same brand) is unavailable, the customer will have to accept a product of a different brand but with the same configurations as the returned product.

5) While returning the faulty product, the customer has to ensure that the seal and sticker of the dealer company are not torn or damaged. If the seal or sticker is found broken, the company is not liable to replace the product.

6) Goods once sold will not be taken back and money will not be refunded.

7) No urgent repair of any product during the warranty period. The company will require at least 2-3 working days to detect and repair the faults of the product. If the repair work takes more time, the customer will have to wait till the work is completed to the company’s satisfaction.

8) If the laid down terms and conditions are not followed by customers, the company has every right to reject the product brought for repair during the warranty period.

9) The company is not responsible for any data loss in the hard disc. Customers are advised to copy and store all their important data in a Pen Drive as the hard disc may go corrupt due to various reasons.

10) The company sells only hardware and not software. If the customer wants any assistance vis-a-vis software, the company will connect him/her to the concerned person dealing in the software business. The company shall not be held responsible for any software problems and maintenance.
